The hotel is personalised with 16th century furniture, which contributes to its distinctive character.

1.   Very friendly staff. No problem arranging for room change from noisy streetfront 1st floor room. Good breakfasts. The overall standard was very high with friendly staff & with a nice comfortable feeling to it. It is located close enough to the main rail & metro station (Termini) but just far enough away to be away from the main bustle. We will return. Liam Murray, Ireland   3.   This hotel was excellent, the room was a bit tiny but being out all day it was no problem. The hotel was very clean, everyday the cleaning maid was so thorough, changing the sheets,towels and hoovering. Staff were excellent and friendly. Good food for breakfast and the waiters were there straight away clearing tables and bringing tea coffee etc to you. Being near the terminal also meant that you could get the bus and metro anywhere, buses returning always went to the terminal as well. Reviewer has requested to be kept anonymous.
