1.	Location is perfect.Just 5 min from Colosseo,Forum Romano & Capitolio.The room facilities (classic double room) was average-good for a 4star hotel.On the other hand the service was brilliant and the breakfast-buffet excellent.

2.	I received good responce in general. However when we made checking out, they did not provide good service. They did not give to us invoice and also not help us to solve this problem. I can understand it might be not possible getting the invoice their self but they should be give a document to show staying us in this hotel. We got this document also after the big discussion.

3.	The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and it takes only a little longer to get to the Termini train station and Victor Emannuel monument. FYI it took 45 minutes to walk to the Vatican. Hotel is clean, the extra money for upgrade gave better rooms with flat screen tv and better bathrooms. I think it was worth the little bit extra. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Had breads, spreads, 2 juices and eggs + bacon, cold meats.
